Our 3 Phase Method
Here at iTHRIVE we use a unique framework for coaching that is executed and specialized for YOU and YOUR body. Below are the 3 phases most of our clients need to go through. The exactduration of each stage will vary based on the state that your body is in when you join.
PHASE 1: PRIME YOUR BODY
One of the biggest issues I see when women join our program is they've been severely under- eating for extended periods of time. This can cause low energy, high fatigue, high stress, hormonal imbalances, and also a slowed metabolism. In order to see the best results, we have to get your body out of this highly stressed and fatigued state. We do this by maximizing your metabolism, cutting out excessive exercise you might be doing, & building a solid foundation physically and psycholigically. This phase is essential to prepare you for phase 2 where we enter a direct fat loss phase. Approximate Timeline: ~4 weeks to 4 months
PHASE 2: TRANSFORM YOUR BODY
Once we've primed your body for efficient fat loss by maximizing your metabolism, workouts, stress management, and relationship with food, we can then move on to the tranformation phase. We do this by manipulating your nutrition and activity/exercise based on what your body best responds to. What's unique about our fat loss approach vs. others, is we implement frequent "diet breaks" or "maintenance days/weeks" along the way allowing your body to settle into it's new set point as you lose weight. Making keepng your results forever that much easier. Approximate Timeline: ~6 weeks to 6 months
PHASE 3: THRIVE IN YOUR BODY
Once you've reached your end goals, we set you up for success and walk alongside you in learning how to keep your results for good. From here we show you how to maintain your results going forward with more flexibility than you've ever had, and teach you how to step away from the strict, restrictive diets for life. Approximate Timeline: ~4 weeks to 3 months
*Time in each phase will vary by client's goals, current metabolism, hormone levels, outstanding health issues, etc. Your coach will do their best to ensure you can reach your goals within your desired time frame, however they will be clear with you if the goal is too big for the timeline.

Nutrition and Health Coaching takes time and commitment to learn about how YOUR body works, make itadapt to a place to respond to fat loss best, and to learn how to manipulate variables to see the progress youwant on the drop of a dime. This isn't another "quick fix" or "one size fits all" diet, this is in-depth coaching where we walk you through the process week by week and are alongside you every step of the way.
